Mobile support from the Italian Association of Heart Failure Patients

The Italian Association of Heart Failure Patients has developed a mobile programme to provide support to people living with heart failure (HF) and to raise awareness of HF across the country.

The association distributes educational material in the programme’s meetings and provides on-the-spot specialist visits.
