Lucy is Director of Consulting and has extensive experience leading international health policy projects, with a particular focus on cardiovascular health, health system readiness, and the introduction of innovative approaches to care. Earlier in their career, Lucy worked as Research Manager in the Patient-Centered Outcomes team at Adelphi Values, where they specialised in developing and validating clinical outcome assessments across oncology, ophthalmology, respiratory disease and neurodegenerative conditions. Lucy holds an MPhil in Health, Medicine and Society and a BA (Hons) in Sociology, both from the University of Cambridge.
