The Heart Failure Policy Network (HFPN) is an independent, multidisciplinary group working to improve the lives of people living with heart failure by raising awareness of unmet needs. Its members and supporters include healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, policymakers and other stakeholders from across Europe.
Established in 2015, the HFPN has developed several resources to advocate for changes in heart failure policy. A timeline of key launches from the HFPN can be seen below.
All content produced by the HFPN is non-promotional and non-commercial. Each project is developed with support from a Project Advisory Group. Ultimate editorial control of HFPN materials lies with the Secretariat. The Secretariat is provided by The Health Policy Partnership, an independent health policy consultancy based in London.
