Online training for general practitioners

The British Medical Journal (BMJ) offers online modules on heart failure diagnosis and treatment for general practitioners (GPs) and other healthcare professionals, to raise awareness of heart failure.

The one-hour modules are evidence-based, peer-reviewed and free to access. They have been accredited by several organisations in countries including Australia, Austria, India, South Africa and Trinidad & Tobago.

The offered modules are:

  • Step by step: A guide to diagnosing heart failure
  • Ask an expert: Chronic heart failure.
