We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new membership page – a home for our current members and for anyone wishing to join us at the HFPN.

We are keen to welcome individuals and organisations from across the globe. The only requirement for members is that they share the goals of the HFPN and wish to jointly work towards ensuring that everyone with heart failure has access to best-practice healthcare.

Since its inception in 2015, the HFPN has been working closely with heart failure advocates from clinical, academic and patient communities, all of whom have been instrumental to the successes of the network to date. With the launch of a dedicated membership page, we wish to further elevate these voices, strengthen collaboration and provide a platform for connection and exchange.

Over the coming weeks, we will be introducing HFPN members via our social media channels and publishing member profiles on our website.

If you are interested in joining us or want to find out more, please email us at info@hfpolicynetwork.org.
