Dr Boris Leithäuser is a specialist in internal medicine, with sub-specialties in cardiology and angiology, interventional cardiology and most recently in psychotherapy. He is a member of five professional societies and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology. At the beginning of 2012, Dr Leithäuser established a practice in Hamburg after more than 22 years of clinical activity in acute and intensive care medicine. His main focus in outpatient cardiovascular medicine is prevention of cardiovascular diseases and cardiac psychology.
