The Heart Failure Policy Network has launched Guide de prise en charge multidisciplinaire et intégrée de lʼinsuffisance cardiaque, a French translation of one of its major reports.

The handbook explains why multidisciplinary and integrated care is essential for heart failure, identifies five key areas where care typically fails people living with heart failure in Europe, and offers a clear pan-European consensus for change.

The translation was developed in consultation with French heart failure experts. It has received formal endorsement from 30 organisations with an interest in heart failure and/or cardiovascular disease. The full handbook and summary leaflets can be found in other languages, including Spanish, Italian and Polish.
